Your story could mean something to someone else.

A life-changing moment. Something difficult. A friendship that mattered. We invite women to share experiences that others can recognise themselves in, learn from or find hope in.

You do not need to be a writer, have used Spher or have a happy ending.

Choose how you would like to share

A few paragraphs or a longer life story. Your own words on a page or a conversation with us. Choose the way that feels right for you.

Write it your way

Send your story as text or a document. You can choose a name, a pseudonym or publication without a name. A private email is optional.

Share a written story

Let us listen

Tell us briefly what you would like to talk about. If we move forward, we agree on the format, what you want to share and where it may be published before recording.

Take part in a recorded conversation

There is room for different lives

Friendship, loneliness, relationships, work, identity, loss, starting over, feeling unsafe or finding your place. Difficult experiences are welcome too. You do not have to turn them into advice or inspiration.

Share only what you want to share. Leave out other people’s names and identifying details, especially information about children.

What happens after you send it?

  1. We read and consider your contribution

Submitting does not guarantee publication. Your contribution goes to the Spher team and is never published automatically.

  2. You approve what we publish

If you leave an email and we would like to move forward, we contact you. You approve the final text or edited recording and the agreed channels before publication.

  3. Sharing elsewhere is a separate decision

A website story is not automatic permission for Instagram, other social platforms or paid advertising. We agree on each use with you.

Share a written story

Write or paste your story, or attach a document you have already written. A title is optional.

If we agree to publish, how would you like to be presented?

Your email is not published. Leave it if you want us to contact you about possible publication. You may also send without a name or email.

Without an email, we can read your contribution but cannot contact you to approve a final version. We will not publish it.

How would you like to send your story?

Between 40 and 30,000 characters. Tell us what you would like others to understand.

Take part in a recorded conversation

This is an expression of interest. You are not committing to an interview or giving permission to record or publish. A short introduction is enough.

Between 20 and 3,000 characters. Save detailed or sensitive parts of your story for a conversation after we have agreed on the format.

Your contribution, your choices

With your explicit consent, Fourpirr AB (Spher) reads your contribution, considers publication and contacts you if you leave an email.

Your original text or document is encrypted in our WordPress intake, with administrator access only. We email a notification without your text or file; you are not added to a mailing list. Deletion is scheduled after 90 days; backups are handled separately.

Without a name does not mean fully anonymous: details, your face or voice may identify you. Hosting services may process technical connection data, even without a name or email.

To withdraw consent or request deletion, contact us with your submission reference. We may need to verify ownership. Publication requires a separate agreement; copies shared by others may remain.

Language and translation

We may translate your story into Swedish with AI support. A person at Spher reviews the meaning, and we keep your original.

First, we explain which AI service and data would be used and ask for your separate approval. You also approve the final text before publication.

Stories submitted without an email are not sent to external AI tools and are not published.

Spam protection

This invitation is for editorial contributions. Forms are not monitored for urgent help and are not a counselling service. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
