First Meet Spot is Spher's initiative highlighting public cafés as settings for meeting someone first encountered online.
That is why Spher created First Meet Spot, a new initiative in Sweden that helps women find recommended coffee shops for first meetings.
Participating cafés offer a public setting for a first conversation. Café staff do not supervise or take part in the meeting. The café staff are not responsible for your safety and are not involved in the meeting. Their role is simply to offer a welcoming location where first meetings can happen naturally.
The initiative covers first meetings connected to dating apps, social media, communities and professional networks.
Spher launched the initiative in Sweden and may expand it to more places over time. If you would like to see First Meet Spot in your country, city, or favorite café, let us know or tag a local coffee shop.
